Mental Maps in Community Medicine: 2. Abbreviations and Acronyms used

I have used several abbreviations and acronyms in the maps. In all instances, where an acronym is used for the first time, I provide the full expansion. However, there are many other notations that I use. Many of these might be familiar, but some usage may be new. The following maps describe the commonly used abbreviations and acronyms.
